![]() Placing an order is as easy as 1,2,3.
1. Browse through the categories in the shop, when you have selected an item that you wish to purchase, click on the photo.
2. You will come to another page with a larger photo of the item, as well as a box where you can choose the quantity that you require, then click add to basket.
3. Your selected item will then be added to your basket, you can either continue shopping for other items, or if your order is complete you can go to the checkout, select shipping method & proceed to payment.
![]() When you sre ready to complete your order, you can go to the basket, where you can then amend any details, remove items etc.
You then fill in all details, Name, address etc.
Payment is processed via Paypal which is 100% secure.
If you already have a Paypal account then payment will be made via your account in the usual manner.
However you can pay via paypal with all Major Credit Cards, you do not need to register for an account, and your account details are not stored or shared by either them or us.

Please take a minute to read this important information about postage. I always aim to ensure that your delivery will arrive at your doorstep the same way that it left mine, in perfect condition, however things do go wrong unfortunately. I always have Proof of Postage for all of my orders should a claim arise, I have an account with my local Post Office, so I hand all orders over to to them, they then post the orders and keep a receipt of all packages that they have sent for me, this way it is absolutely foolproof, as not only do I have a record of everything that has been posted, but so do they. For U.K Customers: Postage is Charged at : £2.25 - Royal Mail First Class £2.95 - Royal Mail First Class Recorded (Insured up to £34 and also fully trackable). Postage is Free for U.K. Customers if the order value is £15 or above. For International Customers: £4.50 - Royal Mail Airmail. The vast majority of orders are delivered without any problems, however in the case of a claim, I always have Proof of Postage, and am more than happy to assist in any way that I can. Royal Mail will not look into a claim for lost post until 15 days for Domestic Orders & 30 Days for International Orders, so please bear this in mind. On occasions we know you may want to return items so below is our returns policy. Please email in the first instance to let us know what the problem is & we will aim to get straight back to you. Reasons for return and liability; If you are unhappy with your purchase. You can return it to us in its original condition and packaging, within 7 days of receipt. Please ensure packaging is secure as it may not be possible to refund or replace an item damaged during return transit. In this case postage will not be refunded. If the item is damaged: We will refund the cost of the item & the cost of postage. If the item is defective. Please return the item with any original packaging and include a note stating damage or defect. We will refund the cost of the item original postage and return postage.
In either case please obtain a proof of postage receipt from post office for the return of any items, as we cannot be held responsible if they are lost in transit .
In the case of an item being out of stock after an order has been placed a refund will be issued to you. |
